These terms cover use of My Tier Coach ("the app"), operated by Tony Russo for his coaching clients. By signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
Accounts are created by your coach. Keep your password private and let your coach know right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Training and health
The programs and information in the app are coaching guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program, train within your limits, and stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. You're responsible for how you perform each exercise.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your own training. Don't try to access other people's accounts or information, or interfere with how the app works.
Availability
We work to keep the app available and your information safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Privacy
How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
